Haven't done much on the Chieftain lately, life & work seem to get in the way. This afternoon managed to drop into the man cave & work on the build, after a lot of measuring, measuring again I took the jump into cutting the drive chains. After some tweaking & motor alinements, gear greasing I wired ...

Those bad boys are only 10mm thick ally :lol: Their going nowhere, Bob had them made for his fibreglass hull, a bit of a over kill in my ally hull... but they look & work great.

Ok, I'm very sorry in my delay in posting. :oops: The bit of the Chieftain I'm working on at the moment took a lot more time & work than I had imagined but I now have two rear drive axels. And they have been locked onto the rear sprockets, fitted through bearings on the outside & inside of the rear ...
