2005 Meets at the Southern Proving Ground

Post by Humpy » Sun Nov 28, 2004 8:45 pm

Peter Shaw has asked me to publish these dates for a regular meet at his Southern Proving Ground for Christmas and the last Saturday every month throughout next year. He's keen for his Proving Ground to see more meetings. Picking the last Saturday in the month leaves a weekend gap between Chatham.

These are the dates we have now confirmed with Peter.

December 27th 2004

March 26th 2005(for our Easter meeting)
Apr 23rd
May 21st
June 25th
Jul (no meeting due to W & P)
Aug 27th
Sept 24th
Oct 22nd

We realise that some of these dates may conflict with shows that you and
fellow members attend, but Peter is content to go ahead with these dates
anyway and will ensure that the ground is open on the above dates for anyone who attends. If anybody needs directions to Peter's please let me know. Thanks also to Allan for helping with organising this.

Will we be meeting at Peter's house or at the proving ground? If we are to go straight to the tank ground could I have directions from Henfield please--or will guide dogs be supplied on the day to take us safely through the barren land!!

Mel--Will the members be in a fit state to attend on the 27th Dec.
