The plastic drive collars on "Margret II", my 1/6 R/C M5A1 stuart tank cracked, and so began a rather fruitless web search for replacement parts
That is until my brain kicked into gear and I called upon the services of a member of my local modelling club (Cornish Scale Modellers), a rather clever engineering chap to make me up a new set in brass...and hey presto barely a week later they were ready for collection
They are very impressive, and fit the drive shafts like the proverbial glove, and will no doubt out last both the present owner and the rest of the tank as well
Just goes to show, its sometimes a case of not what you know but who...
